We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment or do not plan on attending. This is to allow us time to contact other patients on our waiting list who may require an appointment. You may notify us via reply email or reply text to your reminders, or phone us on 9088 0793.

We do not charge a fee for the first instance that an appointment is missed or cancelled at late notice. 

Any appointments missed or cancelled at late notice thereafter are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We understand that emergencies occur, and as such, may waive this fee at our discretion if there are extenuating circumstances.
