Kieren is an experienced and passionate Osteopath with a special interest in treating chronic and complex pain conditions. As a long-time high-level AFL player, he has firsthand experience with sports injuries and regularly assists athletes in their recovery. Kieren is currently undertaking a Master’s in Pain Management through the University of Sydney, further deepening his expertise in persistent pain conditions.

Originally from Bright, Victoria, Kieren has worked across a variety of settings, including inner-city Melbourne, regional Queensland, and his hometown. His diverse experience has seen him treat everyone from corporate desk workers to underground coal miners and dairy farmers, giving him a broad perspective on injury management and rehabilitation.

Kieren completed his five-year double degree at Victoria University and has developed a keen interest in persistent pain and its complexities. He enjoys treating low back pain, chronic pain, lower limb injuries (hip, knee, ankle), running-related injuries (calves, hamstrings, Achilles, feet), sporting injuries, and headaches/neck pain. His extensive sporting background, including Premier Cricket for Camberwell Magpies and football for Bright, has given him personal insight into the demands of high-level sport and the importance of injury prevention.

Kieren values his own fitness and enjoys long-distance running, football, cricket, and golf. He has competed in both half and full marathons and understands the unique challenges that endurance athletes face.

When Kieren isn’t in the clinic, you’ll likely find him at a café enjoying good coffee, doing a crossword or trivia, or spending time at the dog park. A dog lover at heart, he has two of his own—a French Bulldog named Daphne and a Great Dane named Walter. He will talk about dogs forever! Fun fact: Kieren is an identical twin and one of five boys!
