Understanding that everyone is unique, Matt tailors his treatments to suit the individual. With his hands-on therapy and active rehabilitation exercises, he takes a holistic approach to treating a wide variety of conditions. Matt is passionate about keeping you moving, and he’s here to assist you in overcoming injuries and regaining your strength so you can get back to doing what you love.
Matt has a particularly compassionate approach when it comes to working with older adults. He understands the unique challenges that come with aging, and his experience in aged care settings has equipped him with the skills to provide the most effective and empathetic care. Whether it's helping seniors regain mobility, reduce pain, or improve quality of life, Matt is dedicated to ensuring older patients feel supported and empowered in their health journey.
With a broad range of experience, Matt has worked with athletes, seniors, and everyone in between. His expertise extends from coaching and rehabilitating athletes to working in aged care as part of his osteopathic role. He enjoys the variety and challenge of working with different people and conditions, always aiming to help each person live life to the fullest.
Having suffered his own share of injuries from playing football, athletics, and golf as a junior, Matt has developed a particular interest in sports injuries. This passion led him to complete a Masters in High Performance Sport, and he’s gained invaluable experience as a Strength and Conditioning intern at the Coburg Lions Football Club and as the Head of Medical and Rehabilitation at Southern United Football Club.
When Matt’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find him trying out the local cafes, playing a round of golf with friends, or passionately cheering on the Magpies at the footy. Whether it’s a good coffee or a competitive match, Matt knows how to enjoy life outside of work! His love for sports, paired with his approachable personality, makes him an excellent resource for anyone seeking to stay active and improve their quality of life.
